How to Apply for After GatewayIf you are interested in having a loved one attend After Gateway, you are encouraged to visit the program prior to applying.

Tours are available between the hours of 9-11 a.m. and 1-3 p.m. Monday-Friday.

Please call 379-7670 to set an appointment.

At the time of the tour, you will be given

  1. a program brochure
  2. an application
  3. reference forms and
  4. specific program information, including a program calendar.

Please note: After Gateway has only limited space for new applicants. You are encouraged to fill out and submit an application as soon as possible, even if your loved one may not be attending After Gateway right away.

 

After Gateway is enrolled in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) / Nutrition Services Branch Division of Public Health NCDHHS. The CACFP is a supplemental food program. This program provides funds to provide healthier meals. It is not meant to cover all food service expenses.
