We currently have the following opportunities available for employment.

Needed - Openings -- Substitutes --

Program Assistants (Hab Tech) needed for day health program serving developmentally disabled adults.  Work on individuals’ goals and assist with activities of daily living. 

All persons applying for employment at After Gateway are required to fill out an application for employment, provide three references, and submit to a background check, a health care registry check, Medicaid fraud search, and a driving record check. Prospective employees must have a physical exam conducted by a licensed physician, or provide documentation of such, that indicates the general physical and mental health of the employee. In addition, a TB test is required within the past six (6) months. All new employees must show proof of current CPR and First Aid by a recognized national agency.

All new employees must provide a copy of high school or college diploma, copies of certifications and training, if germane to the position, and copies of medical licenses, if any.

All new employees receive orientation training.
